Where the non-binding recruits are trending in On3’s top 100

The updated 2023 On300 was released on Monday. While most of the country’s top recruits have already announced their commitments, a smaller number are still pondering their options. This includes 16 of the top 100 prospects in the ranking.

Here’s how things stand with the recruitments of each of these 16 players On3 recruitment prediction engine.

FIVE STAR EDGE Keon Keeley
School:
Tampa (Fla.) Berkeley Prep
On300 Ranking: #3
On3 NIL rating: $259,000
A3RPM: Alabama 49.4%, State of Ohio 41.2%, Florida 7.8%, Notre-Dame 1.3%
The Thin: The earlier Notre-Dame commit was perceived as a severe Alabama lean after it was lifted. The Crimson Tide are still the favorite, but Ohio State made it a fight.

FIVE STAR EDGE Damon Wilson
School:
Venice (Fla.) High
On300 Ranking: number 4
On3 NIL rating: $194,000
A3RPM: State of Ohio 69.8%, Georgia 21.2%, Miami 6.9%, Alabama 1.4%
The Thin: Wilson will be back at Ohio State for the game this weekend. He has been leaning towards the Buckeyes for some time and would be a key inclusion for the program.

Five Star DL James Smith
School: Montgomery (Ala.) Carver
On300 Ranking: #8
On3 NIL rating: $213,000
A3RPM: Alabama 40.5%, Georgia 28.5%, maroon 23.8%, Florida 4.5%, Texas A&M 1.0%
The Thin: Smith and Qua Russaw, his high school teammates and five-star peers, are a package deal. Alabama is the favorite for both with two visits including an official in December scheduled for the next few Dew weeks.

Five Star DL Daevin Hobbs
School:
Match (NC) Jay M. Robinson
On300 Ranking: #20
On3 NIL rating: $113,000
A3RPM: Tennessee 47.2%, Alabama 22.7%, Georgia 18.0%, State of Ohio 9.7%, North Carolina 1.2%
The Thin: Hobbs will announce his signing this week on November 25 and the Volunteers are the favorites going into the decider. They’re trending at just the right time, and it looks like it might be paying off.

Five Star TE Duce Robinson
School: Phoenix peak
On300 Ranking: #21
On3 NIL rating: $195,000
A3RPM: U.S.C 56.7%, Georgia 33.3%, Texas 6.2%
The Thin: USC and Georgia have emerged as favorites for Robinson heading into the final stages of 2022. The Trojans have been at or near the top for months, while the Bulldogs’ rise was a later development.

FIVE STAR EDGE Qua Russaw
School: Montgomery (Ala.) Carver
On300 Ranking: #25
On3 NIL rating: $202,000
A3RPM: Alabama 74.0%, maroon 14.6%, Florida 4.5%, Georgia 3.0%
The Thin: RPM is much higher for Russaw in Alabama than Smith, but both predictions give Alabama the best chance.

Five Star Athlete Nyckoles Harbor
School: Washington (DC) Archbishop Carroll
On300 Ranking: No. 26
On3 NIL rating: $309,000
A3RPM: Michigan 35.2%, LSU 29.9%, South Carolina 23.3%, Maryland 3.9%, Miami 2.0%, Pennsylvania 1.4%
The Thin: Harbor has had some upheavals with his recruiting lately, including the emergence of Georgia on his recruiting. He said Sunday the Bulldogs would likely receive an official visit and replace Miami. Harbor is on track to agree in February.

Four Star DL Jordan Hall
School: Jacksonville (Fl.) Westside
On300 Ranking: No. 29
On3 NIL rating: $114,000
A3RPM: Georgia 85.7%, Florida 4.5%, Alabama 3.2%, State of Florida 1.2%, LSU 1.2%
The Thin: Georgia leads for Hall, but the race is far from over. Alabama in particular has given it top priority.

Four Star CB Daniel Harris
School: Miami Gulliver Prep
On300 Ranking: No. 42
On3 NIL rating: $6.4k
A3RPM: Pennsylvania 58.9%, Georgia 38.8%
The Thin: Harris retired from Georgia a week ago and Penn State emerged as the new favorite. But On3’s director of recruiting, Chad Simmons, still believes the Bulldogs have as good a chance as anyone of landing Harris despite the signing being lifted.

Four Star CB Desmond Ricks
School: Chesapeake (Va.) IMG Academy
On300 Ranking: No. 47
On3 NIL rating: $241,000
A3RPM: LSU 84.0%, Alabama 6.5%, Florida 3.3%
The Thin: Ricks was rescheduled to the 2023 cycle earlier this month, dramatically shortening his timeline. This move coincided with the rise of LSU and a visit to Baton Rouge, La., for the Alabama game. This has become the race of tigers to lose.

Four Star LB Anthony Hill
School: Denton (Texas) Ryan
On300 Ranking: No. 62
On3 NIL rating: $243,000
A3RPM: Texas 87.5%, Texas A&M 7.9%, Oklahoma 1.7%
The Thin: Hill resigned from Texas A&M on November 7 and made an unofficial visit to Texas this weekend. The Longhorns are the suspected favorite in the race, but Inside Texas says it’s not a suspension that he ends up in Austin.

Four Star OT Samson Okunlola
School: Brockton (Mass.) Thayer Academy
On300 Ranking: No. 73
On3 NIL rating: $222,000
A3RPM: Miami 84.7%, Florida 11.2%, Michigan 1.0%
The Thin: The Hurricanes may be the favorite, but the Gators have put in a lot of work over the past few weeks. Okunlola was on campus for a multi-day unofficial visit last week and was still able to bring an OV to school in December.

Four Star Hotel DL Matayo Uiagalelei
School:
Bellflower (California) St. John Bosco
On300 Ranking: No. 76
On3 NIL rating: $211,000
A3RPM: State of Ohio 48.0%, U.S.C 31.0%, Oregon 16.2%, Alabama 2.3%
The Thin: Uiagalelei has never been in a hurry to make his decision and has said he hopes to make it the last possible day of the early signing phase.

Four Star ATH Jelani McDonald
School:
Waco (Texas) Connally
On300 Ranking: No. 82
On3 NIL rating: $6,000
A3RPM: Texas 99.9%
The Thin: McDonald resumed his recruitment in October after receiving an offer from the Longhorns. Since then, Texas has been the favorite.

Four Star OT Caleb Lomu
School: Gilbert (Ariz.) Highlands
On300 Ranking: No. 96
On3 NIL rating: $9.2k
A3RPM: Utah 84.1%, Arizona 7.1%, Michigan 2.1%
The Thin: Lomu told Simmons earlier this month that he felt he was on the verge of a decision. He hasn’t announced a commitment date yet, but one could be on the way soon.

Four Star RAND Samuel M’Pemba
School:
St.Louis (Mo.) IMG Academy
On300 Ranking: No. 97
On3 NIL rating: $210,000
A3RPM: Georgia 93.7%, Miami 1.5%
The Thin: M’Pemba will announce his signing on December 4 and the Bulldogs are big favorites to land him. However, M’Pemba said each of his top four has a chance.
