After this Guardian Holiday Special hits Disney Plus this Friday, MCU Phase 4 will officially be over. Phase 5 will kick off next year with two massive films that should impact the entire MCU storyline. We look at each other Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and they will premiere in that order. We already have a trailer for the former and the guard 3 The release date of the trailer could be known soon.
That’s what a leak says, and it also seemingly reveals some of the action in the upcoming trailer. If you hate MCU spoilers of any kind, you should avoid the following.
We already have two known Marvel sources who told us how massive Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be.
First up is James Gunn, the writer/director of the Guardian Saga. He has teased about the events of the third part in various interviews over the past few months. We know the film won’t be the action-packed comedy we otherwise expected.
Not only that, some of the guards will die. And those deaths could be permanent. That’s a major difference because Groot (Vin Diesel) and Gamora (Zoe Saldana) both died in the MCU. So does a version of Nebula (Karen Gillan), but not the main version. And almost everyone else except Rocket (Bradley Cooper) and Nebula disappeared in the end Infinite War.
Separately, in an address, Kevin Feige gave away Marvel’s playbook for the third installment in a franchise dead pool 3. He explained that Marvel’s goal was to tell bigger stories with these third installments.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Release date of the trailer
Marvel already showed one Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Trailer at Comic-Con. It was immediately leaked online at the time, and we covered it in great detail. But we have no idea if we’ll see that in the film’s first official trailer.
The studio only released the ant man 3 Trailer released about four months before the film’s debut in mid-February. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Premieres in early May, so Marvel could take its time with that.
But there is a big one Guardian Holiday Special Plot leak goes around that also includes trailer details for guard 3, including a possible release date. The leak comes from the Marvel Studios spoilers subreddit, with the mods marking it as trusted information.
According to a source who Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 The trailer will be released on December 1st, so next Thursday. This will ensure the trailer is ready to play before the one in theaters Avatar: The Way of Water Premiering on December 16th.
An unconfirmed source added that Indiana Jones 5 Pendant could also be attached to James Cameron’s Big avatar Consequence.
What happens in the trailer
The same leak also lists the scenes Marvel is said to be showing guard 3 Follower. A version of the trailer could look like this:
The Guardians land on what looks like Earth, but it’s not quite right. The entire population has been genetically altered – it looks like they’re going to introduce the High Evolutionary’s counter-Earth in this episode.
The basis of the High Evolutionary is a grotesque body horror mess. We see a girl running in a hamster wheel looking like a contraption in front of her. (Source note: The fact that she’s in the trailer makes me think she might be a special character.)
We see Gamora holding a polaroid and later fighting someone. We see all of the Guardians, including Gamora, who appear to be trying to escape the High Evolutionary’s base.
We see Adam Warlock fighting someone – he has a jewel on his head and is gold like Ayesha.
There is also a description of a second trailer in the leak:
We see Gamora walking with the Guardians. We see Peter, Nebula and Gamora interacting in an elevator in the base of the High Evolutionary and he says she died and came back a total ass.
The High Evolutionary says his secret mission is to create a perfect society. ‘The Guardians have no place in the new world.’
We see Rocket with Lady Lylla the otter.
Adam appears to be on Knowhere fighting with Drax and Groot.
Gamora: ‘Whoever you were in love with… it sounds like her!’ She points at Nebula and Peter looks at Nebula like “Wait, hmmmm…” and Nebula yells at him to stop.
That’s not enough information to figure out what’s happening inside Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Or why the stakes will be so high. However, if the trailer release date claim of December 1st is accurate, we’ll soon see if the above details are accurate or not.
