When everyone thought Tesla was about to release FSD Beta V11 to the Early Access group of 160,000 Tesla owners, Tesla started rolling out a bugfix update version 10.69.3.1 (firmware version: 2022.36.20).

“Good progress. We are still tracking the broad release next month,” Elon Musk tweeted in response to a question regarding the ETA for the FSD Beta 11 broad release. This pushes the estimated Tesla FSD Beta V11 release date to December.

Musk previously stated that FSD Beta V11 was launched on November 11 at 11:11 p.m. Pacific Time. But that rollout has only been available to a limited number of Tesla’s internal test team members since then. Also, only partial release notes for FSD Beta V11 were leaked without further follow-up.

FSD Beta 10.69.3.1 test videos

Several Tesla YouTubers have been constantly posting their FSD beta test videos. Chuck Cook was one of the celebrities due to his specialty in testing Unprotected Left Turns (UPLs) and other scenarios. It also gained popularity by being mentioned once in the official Tesla FSD Beta 10.13 release notes.

According to Chuck, the double green light issue still persists in the latest FSD beta version 10.69.3.1 (2022.36.20). When it encounters double green lights (side by side at a distance), the car first slows down and then accelerates again, which Chuck sees very differently from how a human would behave in a similar scenario.

Chuck also tested a few other scenarios such as his exposed left turn at Memorial Park in Jacksonville FL, narrow unmarked roads, crawl limits and geometry, we’ll check them out in the videos below. FSD Beta V10.69.3.1 release notes are the same as 10.69.3.
