The preview showed Shoto Todoroki arriving at the location of All For One’s sequel, protecting a weakened Endeavor with a wall of ice.

But the title of Season 6 Episode 9 is announced Katsuki Bakugou: Rise, hints that it’s Bakugou who’ll be in the spotlight for the most part in the episode. My hero academy Season 6 Episode 8, League of Villains vs. UA Students, began with UA’s hero students setting a trap to restrain Gigantomachia and sending him to sleep by throwing tranquilizers in his mouth. Yaoyorozu deduced that the League of Villains was with the giant and attempted to electrocute them all with Kaminari’s help.

But Mr. Compress knocked him out the same way he had Midnight, releasing the last broken bits of concrete walls he had collected at Gunga Mansion. Mt. Lady tried to help the students and forced the giant’s maw open while Ashido sped past the trees Dabi had set on fire. But she lost her nerve at the last moment and recognized Gigantomachia as the villain she had encountered in middle school.

Ashido was saved by Kirishima, who used his hardened body like an ice pick to climb onto the giant’s body and threw the tranquilizer jar in his mouth. But unlike the students and heroes expected, Gigantomachia began to transform, taking on an armored form more geared towards combat.

In the city of Jaku, My hero academy Season 6 Episode 8 featured a wounded Shigaraki launching into a monologue, revealing his father’s hostile attitude toward heroes and his own belief in opposing all they represented. Gran Torino, who had supported Nana Shimura’s decision to distance herself from her son to protect the child, felt responsible and tried to hold Shigaraki back.

The villain broke Gran Torino’s ankle and proceeded to rip him in the stomach with a powerful punch, blood spilling everywhere. An enraged Deku attacked the antagonist, who ignored him and charged at Aizawa.

The combined strength of Ryukyu, Deku’s Black Lash, and even OFA at 100% wasn’t enough to stop Shigaraki from poking his arm straight through Ryukyu’s flesh and firing a Quirk-busting bullet at Aizawa.
